Go to your dashboard
When you log in to inspirationaladventures.com, you’ll be redirected toyour dashboard
This is where you’ll see an overview of your business profile, listings, and how many enquiries you’ve received.
Click “View enquiries”
Just under the Enquiries section, hit the green View enquiries button.
This takes you straight to your enquiries inbox where all lead messages are stored.
You’re now on the “Enquiries” page
You’ll see a list of all your enquiries with key details:
- Traveller’s name and contact info
- Enquiry status (e.g. Dreaming, Planning, Booking)
- Preferred dates and group size
- Last message sent and time of enquiry
Click on an enquiry to access the enquiry page

By clicking on the enquirer’s name, you’ll be taken to the enquiry page for that enquiry where you can see more details and send them a message via the platform
