WeTravel is an operating system for multi-day travel businesses that allows you to create beautiful itineraries, collect payments, manage bookings and pay suppliers.

We’ve worked with WeTravel to allow Hosts with a WeTravel Pro account to show a “Book now” button on their listing, which opens the WeTravel booking modal without leaving Inspirational Adventures, providing a seamless experience for travellers while enhancing booking rates.

This feature integrates directly with your WeTravel account, meaning you’ll receive all funds directly to your WeTravel account.

Thanks to our integration, you’ll also know that the booking came through Inspirational Adventures!

Setting up your integration

1. Connect Your WeTravel Account

1. Go to your Inspirational Adventures Dashboard.

2. Find the WeTravel Integration section.

   If you don’t see the WeTravel integration section on your dashboard, please email [email protected] to enable this functionality for you

3. Click Connect your account.

4. You’ll see a WeTravel pop-up asking for your Public API Key.

   • You can find this in your WeTravel settings under Profile → Public API Integration.

   <aside> ⚠️

   Sharing your WeTravel API key lets us read your trips and bookings so we can enable instant booking. We never change anything in your WeTravel account.

5. Paste the key into the field and click Connect.

6. If the key is valid, you’ll see a confirmation message saying the setup was successful.

7. Click Continue to move on.

2. Link a Trip From WeTravel to Your Adventure Listing

Once your account is connected:

1. Open the adventure (click “Manage”) you want to enable instant booking for.
2. Click Connect to a trip in the WeTravel section at the bottom of the page.
