How travellers enquire on your trip

When a traveller clicks “Enquire now” on your listing, they’ll be shown the following enquiry form:

These are the fields that travellers need to fill out to submit their enquiry:

• ✉️ Email address (required)
• 📞 Phone number — with country code
• 👥 Group size
• 🗓️ Preferred dates or Departure date — depending on if your trip has fixed departure dates and added
• 🚦 Travel journey stage (required)
  • Dreaming – exploring ideas and options
  • Planning – starting to plan their trip
  • Booking – looking to book their trip soon
• ℹ️ Info requested (required) — itinerary, accommodation, pricing and/or dates (travellers must select at least one)
• 💬 Message

Email confirmation

After they hit submit, we’ll send both you and the traveller an email confirmation.

The type of confirmation you receive will be different based on whether or not you have on-platform messaging enabled for your account.
